Under
Kyrgyzstan law all mineral resources, minerals, except widespread common
mineral resources such as mortar sand, limestone, gravel, etc. are owned by the
state. Kyrgyzstan does not have a consolidated mining law. Instead a mining
activities are regulated by a variety of laws and regulations including, but
not limited to, Kyrgyzstan’s Constitution, The Land Code, The Law on Subsoil,
